Acceptance of These Terms

Registration currently presents an explicit legal acknowledgement step. The mechanism by which a user becomes bound, and whether explicit acceptance is legally required, must be determined in review.

If explicit acceptance is required, a future backend may record an account identifier, the Terms version and an accepted timestamp. No consent or version logging exists today.

Who may create an account and use the platform depends on the final legal and product decision across the intended jurisdictions.

Email Verification

A verified email address is required before an official assessment can begin. Verification is not required to browse public learning content.

Changing the account email address requires re-verification.

Educational Content

Learning content on this platform is intended to be educational and informational.

Digital-marketing outcomes depend on many variables outside educational guidance, including the decisions of external platforms. No outcome is promised.

Official Assessments

Protected details such as adaptive movement logic, scoring weights, question-selection rules, thresholds and question-bank logic are not disclosed.

Assessment Integrity

Assessment Results

Starter, Intermediate and Expert are platform assessment classifications produced by this service.

Timed-out, abandoned or incomplete assessments do not produce an official level. These outcomes are not failed certifications.

Intellectual Property

Third-party trademarks, screenshots, quotations, external sources and product names remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership of third-party property is claimed.

Mandatory legal exceptions and users' statutory rights are not affected by this section.

Acceptable Use

Use the platform lawfully, and in a way that does not harm the platform, its content or other users.

Prohibited Activities

Normal search-engine crawling and indexing of public pages is expected and permitted. The restrictions above concern unauthorised extraction from protected account and assessment systems.

User Communications and Feedback

There is currently no public commenting or community posting. User submissions are limited to contact messages, account and profile fields, and optional feedback.

No ownership of private contact messages is claimed.

Third-Party Links and Services

Learning and editorial content may link to external websites and services. Linking does not imply endorsement, control or partnership.

Third-party products and services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Service Availability and Changes

No uptime guarantee is offered and no service-level agreement is in place.

Digital-marketing guidance can change when external platforms change. Learning content is updated as those systems evolve.

Assessment methods, questions, topic weighting and classifications may also evolve over time.

Account Suspension and Termination

User-requested account deletion is a separate concept from platform-initiated suspension or termination. Deletion can be requested from account settings; how information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
